Mandorla Art Award Program of Events

The 2018 winner of the Mandorla Art Award will be announced next week at the official opening night on Friday 1 June.  Judges Anne Ryan (Art Gallery of NSW), Dr Ric Spencer (Fremantle Arts Centre) and Jarrod McKenna (Cornerstone Church and #lovemakesaway) will select the best artwork from the 40 finalists for the $25,000 St John of God Health Care Prize.  A further two highly commended prizes of $5,000 each and the $5,000 Patricia Toohey Painting Prize will also be announced.

In the lead up to the main event the Mandorla Committee have announced the program of events for the month of June.  All are free to attend.

Exhibition of selected finalist’s work continues until July 30



The Finalists Exhibition will be on display at Turner Galleries from 2 – 30 June, Tuesday – Saturday 11am – 5pm.  A selection of works will then tour to New Norcia Museum and Art Gallery, St John of God Health Care and St Mary’s Cathedral Perth.
